That sense of calm and grounding is something I carry into every session I give. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Growing up, I was surrounded by some truly remarkable people through my mom-people who dedicate their lives to helping children and adults with disabilities. Being around that kind of environment at such a young age shaped the way I see care, patience, and human connection. I learned early how powerful it is to simply show up for someone, to listen, and to help in a way that&#8217;s meaningful. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That experience is a big part of what led me to massage therapy. I wanted to create a space where people could feel safe, supported, and genuinely cared for-where healing isn&#8217;t rushed and every person is treated with intention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Outside of massage, I love spending time crafting, being outdoors with my dog Zoe, and antiquing-finding beauty and history in things that have a story to tell.
