Terms and Conditions

By booking a session with Magnolia Massage, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Appointments can be made by phone, or in person. Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate other clients.
Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. I accept cash, card, and some payment platforms. Prices are subject to change, but any precooked sessions will honor the rate at the time of booking.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may incur a $20 fee. Rescheduling is encouraged whenever possible to avoid fees.
Clients must inform the therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, or sensitivities prior to session. Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care. Always consult your healthcare provider for medical concerns. Magnolia Massage reserves the right to refuse or modify services based on health or safety concerns.
Clients receive massage services at their own risk. Magnolia Massage and employees are not responsible for any injury, illness, or aggravation of pre-existing conditions during or after sessions. Personal items are the client’s responsibility.
All personal information shared during booking or sessions is confidential and handled according to our Privacy Policy. Information may be used only for appointment management and service improvement.
